WE DID IT! Whew! What Now?

Hello Backers!
Oh my goodness what a ride! I'm exhausted! But first....
I want to thank all of you for taking the plunge with us. Matt and I are just so pleased with the success! All the messages and comments have been very encouraging - we do have a wonderful group of backers here!
I want to thank all the folks working hard on rules translations! It's working great so far and we should have some final versions to present over the next few weeks. I'll be posting them for you to download and will also push them to Board Game Geek (BGG) for easy access.
I want to thank my friends, family, and the many play testers who made Transmissions a great game to play. And that reminds me: Transmissions is available on Tabletopia! You can go give it a test run right now! Have fun!
Next up is a bit of a pause - but only a bit - because we have to get ourselves back to work! That means getting the Pledge Manager (Backerkit) all squared away for you. So look for that happening soon!
We're also getting ourselves ready at Panda Games Manufacturing and Game Trayz! Well, that has been going on already honestly, but we've got some more work to do! We need to get going on the final design of the custom insert with all the stretch goals. Those guys like precision and so do I! And we'll be finalizing the digital proofs of the game after a bit of color adjustments here and there. Matt will be doing just a few more illustrations for the stretch goals. And I have many business tasks to complete! Thankfully, we have wonderful partners and you made it all happen!
From this point forward until you have the game in your hands, you'll be seeing updates from me along the way, but if you ever have questions or concerns, please do message me here on Kickstarter and we'll work it out!

The Last Moments! Nearly There!

Hello Backers!
WILD ITEMS. BOOM! Another STRETCH GOAL unlocked! Wow - more stuff for you! This time we've added wild items. What do these do? In the game, you can collect SETS of items for points - a couple of balloons or slippers or maybe a nice set of toasters. You know - useful things! Well, let's say an opponent is also trying to collect those or maybe just knocked away your last toaster to stop you from the really big points. No problem! Wild items can substitute for an item in your set! That makes them very powerful and highly desired! More competition while at the same time giving you more hope in scoring !
UPDATED RULEBOOK. And have you noticed? There's an updated rulebook on the campaign page! And it includes SOLO rules! Hurrah! But that's not all. Because we have completed the revised English rules, that means we can start in earnest on the other languages! Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Sweedish. Whew! That's what I'm going to coordinate next! So if you volunteered, be on the lookout for an email coming soon that'll give us a way to work together to get TRANSMISSIONS translated for everyone to enjoy! Thank you so much for volunteering!
LET"S BLOW THIS OUT! And one last item. As you know we have little time left in the campaign - only a few more days! And we have just two more STRETCH GOALS to achieve! I have every confidence that you can make it happen!

Transforming Shipping Languages!

Hello Lovely Backers!
The campaign continues to rocket along thanks to your incredible support! We have a few more items to discuss today - so let's get to it!
Items #1. Lower Shipping Costs! I've been promising an update to the shipping costs for Asia and Norway/Switzerland and I now have the information from our fulfillment partner QML and it's good news! We're going to separate out a few areas from The Rest of the World which will remain at $50 USD. The Rest of Asia is a new shipping rate and includes Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Shipping to those regions will now be $30 USD. Norway/Switzerland has its own shipping rate as well at $35 USD. Hopefully these rates will work better for everyone in those countries!
Item #2. Languages for Transmissions! I have offers from wonderful backers to translate into the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Finnish, Hungarian, Dutch, Danish, Spanish, and Chinese. I have just about finished the revised English rulebook (which includes solo rules and the new stretch goal components). I have to put in some illustrated examples and then we'll be ready to move forward with these translations. All of these I hope to offer in downloadable PDF format.
Item #3. Details on the Stretch Goals. What we've managed to unlock so far has been nothing short of amazing! We have new ideas and items to add into the game for sure PLUS we have these nifty new TRANSFORMERS! What do those do? You place them in the Meadow and Lake. When you take an action there, you can do the normal action and get some engrams OR you can use a transformer. A transformer converts engrams to electricity to victory points or vice-versa and everything in between! Make victory points into engrams or electricity! Make electricity into victory points! Go for it! But AFTER you use it, it flips over - and converts at a different ratio using different engrams. Oh boy - foil your opponents plans! Or set yourself up for the next smart move! Use it again - flip it over again! More fun and strategy because there are a limited number of victory point tokens based on the number of players. Another scoring race! Combine these transformers with idea tiles and well, it's gets even more interesting!
That's all for today, but we have more to come! We're racing toward new heights and some really great new production enhancements. I know we can make it!

Hello Backers! Wow! We've crossed $100K! Thank you! Again, you are the reason this campaign is continuing to do so well! I'm just thrilled beyond words!
This picture has a special place in my heart because it was on an early prototype board representing the 'scrap yard'. It's a bit unusual for Matt's robots to be traveling in a place like that! There were many tests with those illustrations - you can see one of them here from a past GEN CON event. It was so much fun!
But this campaign is surpassing fun! What's happening that is very surprising (and you can't see it from the KS page but I can) is retailers are really stepping in as backers. They are asking for hundreds of copies! As said when I began the campaign, I had no way to get Transmissions into retail stores of any kind. I was only hoping some brave places might take a chance and back us here. And wow have they! I'm so proud to be able to support your Friendly Local Game Store (FLGS). But as a result, I've also clarified that much of what you see here on Kickstarter isn't going to be in a store anywhere. It's again thanks to you that we're gotten this far! Well done!
Up next are just a few more stretch goals that will once again increase the production value of the game! I can't wait to share it with you - there are more fun days ahead for sure!

Welcome to our campaign everyone! Wow! What a fantastic start to the day! This is our FOURTH campaign and its doing better than any of our past efforts! This is all due to you, our wonderful backers. So thank you very much!

This is just a first update on Kickstarter to thank you and let you know I'm here to answer your questions and concerns. I'll be replying throughout today as fast as I can to each question. If you have inquiries for review copies or want to help out with the campaign, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected] as we can correspond better there.
There have been a few questions already about the standees. Indeed yes, they are included in the DELUXE backer level (you will get both the standees and the miniatures at that backer level). We'll be using CrowdOx for our pledge manager and you can make adjustments, add more miniatures (they are adorable!), or adjust our pledge there.
