Hello Backers! I hope you are doing well wherever you may be! I have several items to alert you to.
First, reviews are beginning to appear for TRANSMISSIONS. The Dice Tower has a full play through and a 4-Squares Reviews - both are definitely fun to watch, so please do tune as you are inclined! There are many smaller channels of unboxing and reviews (I would suppose it is some of the backers!) and they are delightful to see! I have very few review copies in circulation, so you won't be seeing many, but I hope a few do continue to appear.
Second, sadly, there has been more damage in shipping than in my past Kickstarters! I know some of you have filed your concerns with QML and thank you! You are also experiencing delays in getting replies. This is mainly due to myself as I have an extremely low number of copies left in inventory. I want to be sure all backers get their copies first and then I will proceed to release copies for returns and breaks. Please if you are missing components or have breakage, contact QML directly with your concerns. We will address them as soon as we finish fulfillment.
Thirdly, because of the low inventory, there are no additional copies left! Some retailers have asked for additional copies, but I cannot provide them at this time. I have turned off orders on my website as well. The only thing left are some duplicates of the robot miniatures - just a few! They are on my website for sale. If you are searching for a copy of the game to purchase, I would encourage you to visit your local game store first! Then search the internet and support online game stores. There are many of copies at retailers and more coming - but supplies are limited!
Fourth, retailers in the EU/UK should be receiving their games soon. If you are are a retailer, you should have received an email from me requesting your VAT/EORI information prior to shipping! Please contact me immediately to move your products along! Without this regulatory tax information, Spiral Galaxy cannot ship your games! For those who have provided this information, I have forwarded it to Spiral Galaxy so your games should move soon.
Last, if you are located throughout the larger world (outside of the UK/EU/US/Canada), your copies are also moving along albeit slowly. They are being sent from Spiral Galaxy, VFI, and QML. So depending where you are located, your copy should arrive over the coming weeks.

Hello Backers! I know many of you have received your games and I also know many of you have not! Shipping across the globe remains difficult. FedEx is backed up in various locations across the US. Spiral Galaxy is backed up as well. Here is a full status:
- Asia from VFI. Games have shipped! I don't have any reports of delays, so you should have received your games or should any day now.
- Australia/New Zealand from Aetherworks. Games have shipped! I don't have any reports of any delays, so you should have received your games or should any day now.
- United States, Canada & RotW from QML. Games have shipped! This is where FedEx is causing grief, however. There are delays from Florida for some areas of the country (it isn't clear which games nor exactly why). Please be patient as FedEx gets things figured out. For the Rest of the World, these are slowly being delivered. In general, they are going out USPS to you. I ask for additional patience as mailing across regions is very challenging!
- United Kingdom and European Union from Spiral. Spiral Galaxy is backed up. We believe Spiral has received the shipment, but this past week we heard the games might be delayed going out to you until JULY. Let's hope it gets cleared up faster than that! If I hear anything more, I will let you know.

Hello Backers! I hope you are doing well in this wide, wild, wonderful world! I have some news on shipment of TRANSMISSIONS.
- Asia from VFI. These games are shipping out RIGHT NOW! Shipments go out to backers in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao first. The shipments to other countries will be prepared and usually leave within a month of packing; transit times vary.
- Australia/New Zealand from Aetherworks. Games are going out FIRST WEEK OF JUNE! So you should see your games over the next week or so!
- United States, Canada & RotW from QML. Should start shipping out EARLY JUNE - that means over the next 2-3 weeks, you should see it heading your way. For RotW (Rest of the World), shipment times will vary greatly depending on where you are located. Again, you will receive an email to confirm your shipping address one last time prior to shipment.
- United Kingdom and European Union from Spiral. We expect the shipment to land in the UK June 7. That means your games should be going out LATE JUNE/EARLY JULY. Time estimates remain difficult to predict and I do very much appreciate your patience specifically!
That's the news today! Again, thank you for your patience and your backing! Shipping has been harrowing certainly, but I have the best backers in the world. This game would never have happened without your support and I really hope you, your friends and your families enjoy TRANSMISSIONS!

Shipping Update!

Hello Backers! Hope you are doing well out there in our big world. The US shipment should arrive at QML today and be unpacked and logged over the next few working days. We're also confirming all of the shipping logistics all across the globe. This is a single master spreadsheet with every order on it - every single one of you are listed and need to be checked for proper formatting. This should also be completed over the next few days and this is why I can no longer change addresses - everything is locked now. After confirming that, QML will start the picking and packing for everything - hopefully again over the next week or so. Then things should be moving out to you - unless you are in the UK/EU.
That ship as you may have heard is now called COSCO SHIPPING STAR. I do want to note that changing ships happens all the time so this is not unusual at all. As of this moment, it is nearing Egypt (see https://www.vesselfinder.com/). At least it is getting closer to the UK! Hopefully it will continue to make good progress to Spiral Galaxy and then out to all the backers in Europe!
I should also note that if you are concerned about your shipping information, you will receive a confirmation email prior to shipment! This will give you one last chance to tell QML that you have moved or need the game shipped to another address.
All this logistics and timing is a best guess of course as who knows what might happen yet! It's truly a zany time to be shipping anything anywhere. But we'll keep working the problem and get this game out to you as soon as we can!

UK/EU SHIPMENT UNDERWAY!

Hello Backers! We're still waiting for boats to find their way to ports and into warehouses - but things are moving! The latest update is the UK/EU ship is scheduled and you can track its progress using https://www.vesselfinder.com/. Enter the ship EVER GOLDEN. Currently still in CHINA (I just looked), but it will be making its way to the UK and SPIRAL GALAXY.
Just to reiterate, all addresses are now locked and can no longer be changed! If this is causing you concern, please contact me using a private message here on Kickstarter.
